I’m Darshan Soni, a final-year B.Tech student specializing in Cybersecurity and Forensics at MIT ADT University, Pune, with a CGPA of 8.61/10.0. My journey in cybersecurity is driven by passion, curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in making the digital world safer.

🎯 What I Do

  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Skilled in Linux privilege escalation, actively learning Windows privilege escalation, and knowledgeable in Active Directory, including Kerberos, NetNTLM, and organizational structures.
  • Web Security: Specialized in web exploitation, vulnerability research, and building robust security tools.
  • Developer: Proficient in Python and skilled in creating tools like endpoint firewalls and API vulnerability scanners.
  • CTF Enthusiast: Regularly participate in Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions and have even hosted my own event, ShunyaCTF, as part of nCreeps.

🛠 My Projects

  • CipherX: A Cipher Identifier website which can be used to detect the particular cipher also able to encrypt or decrypt different ciphers such as RSA, Caesar cipher, AES/DES, encode/decode base64 text.
  • ARGUS: An API vulnerability scanner that tests for OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and generates detailed reports.

🌐 Community & Contributions

  • Member of nCreeps, a group dedicated to advancing cybersecurity knowledge. As part of the team, I’ve:
    • Played and excelled in CTFs.
    • Organized cybersecurity workshops and sessions.
    • Specialized in web application security.
